« Reservé este hotel a través de Expedia porque se anunciaba como pet friendly. Viajamos con nuestro perro y hasta pagamos el cargo adicional para hospedarlo, esperando poder disfrutar tranquilamente de nuestra estancia. La realidad fue completamente diferente. No nos permitieron estar con él en varias áreas y, cuando tuvimos que dejarlo solo en la habitación, comenzó a llorar por ansiedad. En lugar de ofrecer alguna alternativa o apoyo, terminamos sintiéndonos incómodos y prácticamente obligados...

« Don’t look underground the beds ... never saw so much dirt there... As for the breakfast: only a very few tables, people have no other choice than stand up and eat. We came at 8:30, almost nothing to eat except a couple of yoghourts and dôme cereals. Really not worth the price ... »

« La réceptionniste était très serviable. Les petits-déjeuners sont très bien fournis: pancakes, toast, céréales, fruits, yaourts, jus. On peut demander des expresso si on trouve leur café filtre trop légers . Nous avons fait une pause avant Legoland (20 minutes de voitures). Alentours de l Hôtel : chaînes de resto rapides classiques : Wendy, Burger King.... »

« The hotel so nice and clean the hotel only been opening for 3 weeks . Breakfast in the morning is good the pool is outside. The kitchen is open till 12. If you don’t know what you want to eat that ok too it’s a lot of food restaurants in the neighborhood. It’s a mall and Walmart about 7 minutes away. If you looking for a place to stay if you going on a cruise a good place to stay at for family’s . »

« The room next to mine was loud and disturbing. At midnight I asked the front desk to get them to quiet down and all he did was knocked and left it alone after they didn’t answer. At 230am I asked again and to be moved and the explanation was all he can do is knock again and it was too slammed to move me. He knocked and I can hear them saying don’t answer and he left. No other ways of correcting the issue was done. I got no sleep and was beyond disturbed. »

« We stay here when we visit family very nice and clean the pool area needed some attention but the property is clean and maintained. The staff was friendly nice to have hot tea when I wanted to and or coffee. Will say breakfast is cold some yogurt, whole cereal juices they do have a pancake machine, but it’s sent out of order and they do have a toaster to cook bagels or sliced toast, but that’s about it for breakfast options.
